Summary
Type: SPE
Application #: 302530
Catalog#: 730108 - SPE Cartridges, Chromabond, HR-P, 3ml, PP, 200mg 30/pk
Detection: Compounds with aromatic chromophores were determined by reversed-phase HPLC. Gradient elution from the 125 x 3 mm Nucleosil 5 µm-C18-100 column was used with two mobile phases.
Conditions: Column conditioning: with 2 ml methanol, 2 ml acetonitrile and 2 ml NaOH (c= 10-5 mol/l)
Sample application: Solid-phase extraction of products from 1H,3H-2,1,3-benzothiadiazin-4-one-2,2-dioxide (BTDD) was done with Chromabond HR-P columns. The flow rate was 10 ml/min.
Column washing: with 2 ml dest. water, the cartridges were dried under vacuum for 5 minutes
Elution: with 3 x 1 ml methanol/acetonitrile (1/1; v/v)
